With a B.S. in Psychology and double minoring in Geology and Earth Science at UNCC, yogi/ RYT-1000, and extensively studying the metaphysics and mindfulness, I use my passion for Humanity’s creative expression & joy that drive my purpose.

I’m currently the Spiritual Director/Minister at the Eternal Now, a conscious community church. I teach Quantum Spirituality through a light-hearted lens to unite people into a loving awareness. I have shared my offerings as peer support at Promise Resource Network, I worked with Habitual Roots as a creative consultant & teacher, & was a creativity coach at the Blanchard Institute. I see private clients, hold Cacao Ceremonies, lead/teach workshops & retreats, & share my quantum heart experiences for the collective on YouTube, Spotify, and the Eternal Now Community.

Growing up in the Midwest, in the land of stoicism, I moved to the buckle of the Bible Belt (Charlotte, NC) in 1997 after graduating high school. It was in the Queen City I would shed all the parts of me that weighed me down, that ate away at my worthiness, and where I’d meet my soul family.

I discovered yoga in 1999, which catapulted my studies of the subtle/energetic body. Asana beckoned my body daily. Over the years of experiencing all the limbs of yoga, I realized that yoga was my introduction to my spiritual path.

Cacao was introduced to me in a Ceremony that I was told to guide. As the sacred medicine began to flow & merge within my body, my own heart activated on a new level. Since then, I have been sharing Ceremonial Cacao with groups, privately with clients, privately in my intimate relationships, as well as used it to heal my own personal relationship with myself, friends, & even my own father.

I left Charlotte in 2023 and began a life in pilgrimage, devoting my life to the Divine, traveling the world and finding Truth in all things. Learned to hold the paradox of life as a breathing expression of consciousness while showing others tools and bridges for their own connection to God.

Spirituality, Life, & Consciousness, with my own lived experiences and psychology background has been the framework for the Quantum Spirituality I teach.
